Myths, moss, motherhood.
Immersion in the ultra-hued wind-scorn hills, thick low mists, mud, howling rainstorms and deep mossy silences. Rapidly growing pine plantations and fungi. Inspired by artifacts tied to medieval christianity, and insular deep-time. Figures appear, at pause while the turf/moss/shadows consume them. Children at play at the threshold of play and peril. Celtic knots, hidden symmetry and pattern, and surreal elements on worked panels.
